
本公司对产品的售后服务承诺如下:
1. 产品保质期为:投入运行起十二个月;自出厂日起为十八个月。
2. 在质保期内,产品出现因制造质量引起的故障,我们负责免费维修服务。
3. 产品在出厂三个月内发现制造质量问题,我们负责调换。
4. 我们收到投诉信息后,在24小时内与用户联系,并提出处理意见。
5. 对急需现场处理的质量问题,用户与我售后服务人员取得联系后,上海地区24小时、沪外72小时我人员到达现场。
6. 对非本公司制造质量问题造成的有关服务费用,我们将酌情收取技术服务费。
7. 对非本公司制造质量问题造成的产品损坏,或质保期外的产品损坏,我们提供有偿服务。

after-sales service and maintenance are guaranteed 12 months since
operation and 18 months since delivery,subject to quality problems
by manufacture.
2. Replacement can be enjoyed for quality problems by manufacture
3 months since delivery.
3. We promise to contact customer and come up with solutions
within 24 hours on condition of being informed of customer's complaint.
4. Field support by after-sales staff is guaranteed within 24
hours in Shanghai area and 72 hours non-Shanghai areas (in Chian)
in case of quality emergency.
